“Fearlessness is not a lack of fear,
it is the courage to overcome it.”
The Power of Three I’s
INTERSECTIONAL
INTEGRATED
INSIDE-OUT
We believe in creating space for the whole self to be honored, not just one part of your identity.
We use Intersectionality as our framework for examining how systems of oppression, deeply intertwine and influence experiences and opportunities. Coined by Kimberlé W. Crenshaw intersectionality is rooted in the research and activism of Black and Brown women, extending back to Sojourner Truth’s “Ain’t I a Woman” speech in 1851.
“What intersectionality is, is a lens, a prism, for seeing the way in which various forms of inequality often operate together and exacerbate each other. We tend to talk about race inequality as separate from inequality based on gender, class, sexuality or immigrant status. What’s often missing is how some people are subject to all of these, and the experience is not just the sum of its parts” K. Crenshaw.
All of our experiences and programs are designed by integrating theories to deepen the learning and the transformation experience.
Underpinned in all fearlesshe work are the teachings and methodologies of human behavioral psychology, cultural social psychology, neuroscience, coaching, holistic spiritual and physical wellness practices, environmental, social justice and liberation practice.
We believe in order to transform the outer world we must begin with our inner world. Therefore all of the work begins at the place of self.
By starting within, we get to have a greater influence on how we experience, receive and impact the world, even when we have no control over external events. We create space for all of the emotions that come up within and connect with them instead of push them away.
As we honor ourselves, we create space for others to see us fully. As we shift, the world shifts with us.
