Creator/founder of fearlesshe, leadership coach, learning and development expert, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging activist and a head, heart and hope connector. A global executive people leader with over 20 years in the corporate world, within a variety of industries, leading people strategy, learning and organizational design, leadership development facilitator and a co-active professional certified coach.

Maria believes that people are resourceful, creative and whole. That folks achieve their full greatness when they are accepted and valued for who they are and they feel safe and brave enough to show up as their full human flawed and fabulous self. Maria also works with organizations, leaders and HR teams, to design diverse, inclusive, equitable and human people experiences, where all people can thrive.

She loves tea, music, dancing, yoga, her family and friends and being by the water.

As well as fearlesshe’s social media and content manager, Carolina is a writer, mom, dog advocate, and sustainable fashion enthusiast.

With her writing Carolina looks to create a space of vulnerability, self-love, liberation and acceptance. She looks to inspire others to believe in their authenticity while watering the roots planted by their ancestors and the roots they planted themselves; to take strength from the past and their present voice and use it to create a new path that is paved with inclusivity and kindness.

She loves being in nature, dancing and listening to songs she knows the lyrics too so she can sing along.

Dana-Rae Lebird, a content producer, Whole Life coach, and HR professional. Through her own personal experiences and training, she’s learned to recognize the power in nurturing self-esteem, building community and being true to the authentic self, no matter how terrifying, uncomfortable or unpleasant.  She learned that fear and self-doubt can stop us from achieving full potential and taking small steps towards overcoming those obstacles is life-changing. Dana-Rae is passionate about helping others reach their highest potential through our platform and the content we create and is committed to doing this work to help people of all ages find the confidence to live their happiest, most fulfilling lives.

Joshua Bouman is our merch creative partner and Creative Dirctor. He is also the founder of QWEER - an LGBTQIA+ clothing label with a mission to celebrate, empower and advocate change for the LGBTQIA+ community through printed and embroidered apparel.
