self-care is also connected to the care of others.
So much of western self-care and wellness is centered around individualism and self. Yet much of the deep healing and self-care, is as much connected in how we connect with others, as it is with ourselves.
We’ve created an 8-week facilitated space and support to practice the art and habits of showing up for me and also for honoring we.
Some ways this may show up:
How deeply we connect with ourselves is linked with how deeply we can connect with others.
Being able to set boundaries and prioritize self-care, whilst also knowing what energy and ways you can give to others that doesn’t burn you out.
Learning the power of being kind, over being nice is both routed in self-care and compassion for others.
Understanding what energizes and drains you and how to recharge, rest and reset whilst acknowledging others may need something different to you.
Being there for your partners/children/friends/family/community AND equally being there for yourself or asking for support when you need it.
Leaning back on the support from community and giving what you can into communities you care about, or that you’re part of.
