Whilst the workforce, consumers and the world continues to diversify; organizations, employers and funders, continue to fail to match and serve the demographic, ignore the reality of work/life blends and neglect the needs of diverse groups.
This is for folks of all identities, that are driven to change this through shifting how they lead, where they learn and when they lean in. What we know is inclusive, flexible and empathy led leaders will propel us all to a more equitable, healthy, thriving and human future.
This 16 week program will ignite and uplift you up with tools, techniques, new habits and language to lead, learn and lean in to new ways of working, being and showing up. It will shine a light on your beliefs to step out of playing small and into your BIG powerful self. All surrounded by a diverse squad of differently minded folks to support, champion and celebrate you along the way.
Program leaders and speakers will be a mix of diverse folks in various leadership roles, entrepreneurs and thought leaders driving change and all at the top of their game.
You will:
Create intentions, habits and goals aligned with your purpose and passions
Unlock your powerful self through quietening self-doubt, imposter syndrome, comparison and limiting beliefs
Understand and lean in to your authentic leadership style that impacts and inspires others
Set healthy boundaries that enable you to thrive in all aspects of your life
Release the generational stories or beliefs from social norms that harm yourself and others and no longer serve who you are becoming
Connect with a cohort of individuals, on a similar journey - network, support and add to your champion squad.
Move towards fully embracing, loving and accepting all of you as an impactful, inclusive leader
Get clear on your aspirations, career/business goals and create intentional action, support system and new habits to achieve them

Bi-weekly group coaching and accountability sessions (Wednesday 6-8pm EST)

You must be available to dedicate the time for the group sessions each week and bi-weekly 1:1 coaching for the duration of the 16 weeks.
